To review the speed limit decision made by the Woking Joint Committee to reduce the speed limit from 40mph to 30mph which was made contrary to the views of the Area Highways Manager. To overturn the decision made by the Joint Committee and retain the speed limit at 40mph until completion of the town centre development works, following which a thorough speed limit survey and review can be carried out with full and accurate data.
