To agree to host the PRLS event in 2020 using a route similar to the previous years to be delivered by the current delivery company and to agree in principle to continue to collaborate with the Greater London Authority, Transport for London and their delivery partners to allow planning for events from 2021 to 2026 and delegates authority to the Strategic Director for Environment and Infrastructure in consultation with the Cabinet Members for Communities, Environment and Transport and Highways to decide whether to host the event for this period.
