This report will re-state our commitment to the Community Vision for Surrey in 2030 and the Health and Wellbeing Strategy whilst providing a refreshed Organisation Strategy. Cabinet will be recommended to approve the refreshed Organisation Strategy 2020 – 2024 and endorse the council’s reshaped transformation programme.
