Review the educational rationale for the project and the summary of the consultation process/feedback provided within the report and associated Annexes and, on that basis, decide whether to determine the associated Statutory Notice to expand Brooklands Special School in Reigate, using an existing school site on Alexander Road, to provide an additional 70 places for primary-aged children who have Autism Spectrum Disorder needs and who require a specialist placement.
