Consultees

Prior to decision by the Cabinet Member for Transport, the Elmbridge Local Committee and Runnymede Joint Committee (the areas that the Cycle Track Order covers) will have been consulted for comment. These comments will be provided to the Cabinet Member for Transport.

The Cycle Track Regulations 1984 set out a formal process for making Cycle Track Orders which includes consultation with external stakeholders. Therefore, once authorised by the Cabinet Member for Transport, consultation will be carried out as set out in the Cycle Track Regulations as part of making the Order.
