Surrey Outdoor Learning And Development - Phase 1, Thames Young Mariners

The Thames Young Mariners centre requires significant investment to bring the site up to current health and safety standards with modern, fit for purpose facilities. Cabinet is requested to approve the release of investment in the Medium-Term Financial Strategy capital planning from pipeline to delivery and approve an additional capital investment in Thames Young Mariners to enable comprehensive rebuild of the site, address significant repair and maintenance requirements and to extend and enhance the site’s facilities which will generate additional income for the Council.
