Following Cabinet Approval in February 2021 of the Surrey Infrastructure Prioritisation Framework, a first phase of projects has subsequently been identified as being suitable for implementation. Cabinet is asked to Approve the implementation of the schemes identified in this report subject to the final business case for each scheme included in Phase 1 being approved by the Capital Programme Panel.
