This report provides an update on the Library and Cultural Services Transformation Programme that was established following the Cabinet’s approval of the Library and Cultural Service Strategy 2020-2025 in November 2019. This report sets out the next phase of that programme and details the strategic intent and principles that will underpin a five-year programme of work to modernise library settings across Surrey.
