In January 2021, Cabinet approved an outline “Office Estate Strategy”. This report completes the draft strategy and asks Cabinet to approve the recommended medium to long-term programme, along with the capital and revenue investment required to deliver it and enable the Council to transform into an agile organisation and achieve a sustainable future for the office estate.
