Local and Joint Committee Executive Functions

That Cabinet give decision making approval to remove the executive decision functions which relate to highways from Local and Joint Committees (LC/JCs), with effect from April 2022. This will enable these functions to become delegated decisions taken by Officers in consultation with the relevant Divisional Member.
