Sunbury Hub

Cabinet approval is requested to progress the delivery of a mixed-use service hub in Sunbury on the former Sunbury Fire Station site. The hub will provide new accommodation in flexible and accessible spaces for Council services, public sector partners and third parties, and will be a focal point to enable and host community-led activity.
