Following Cabinet approval in February 2021 of the Surrey Infrastructure Prioritisation Framework, a first phase of projects was identified as being suitable for implementation. Cabinet is asked to approve the implementation of the Phase 2 projects identified in the report within the approved budget envelope, subject to the final business case for each scheme being approved by the Capital Programme Panel.
