It is recommended that the Cabinet Member agree that the draft Enhanced Partnership Plan and draft Enhanced Partnership Scheme be submitted to the Department for Transport for their review. Agree the funding and delivery priorities set out in the draft Enhanced Partnership Scheme and agree that a report be taken to Cabinet after the funding announcement by Government is made to formally enter into the Enhanced Partnership with operators and for the partnership governance arrangements to start.

The draft EP Plan requires consultation with statutory consultees. This will take place during March 2022, whist a stakeholder consultation is planned for March and early April. The results will inform the draft EP Scheme.
