Cabinet are asked to agree the Enhanced Partnership Plan for Surrey to start on 1 August 2022, agree the delivery priorities set out in the draft Enhanced Partnership Scheme, agree the governance arrangements as set out in the Enhanced Partnership Plan, agree that progress and performance updates be presented to Cabinet and / or the Cabinet Member for Transport & Infrastructure, as the chair of the Enhanced Partnership Governance Board, in line with the constitution of the County Council and agree the approach to developing a full public consultation process looking at the future design of the bus network in Surrey.
