That the Cabinet Member for Education and Learning reviews the educational rationale and determines the statutory notices for the proposal to establish a SEN Unit at Epsom Primary and Nursery School:
1. The statutory significant change will take place from 1 September 2022
2. Refurbishment and remodelling of existing space in the school will accommodate the SEN Unit, creating 21 specialist school places for autistic pupils and those with communication needs.
