That the Cabinet Member for Education and Learning reviews the educational rationale and determines the statutory notices for the proposals to:

  1. Create a new special school satellite site for Philip Southcote School at Epsom & Ewell High School
  2. Change the designation (from MLD to ASD) of and expand the SEN Unit at Ashford Park Primary School

If approved it is proposed that the statutory significant changes will take place from 1 September 2023.
