That the Cabinet Member for Education and Learning reviews the educational rationale and determines the statutory notices for the proposals to:
- Expand the SLCN designated mainstream SEN Unit at Stepgates Community School
- Formalise the dual-designation (MLD and ASD) of and expand the mainstream SEN Unit at Hythe Primary School
- Establish an ASD designated SEN Unit at Epsom Downs Primary School
If approved it is proposed that the statutory significant changes will take place from 1 September 2023.
