That Cabinet approves the proposed governance pathway for projects which will help Surrey County Council achieve its 2030 net zero carbon emissions target for Council owned assets. This report proposes that the decision on the final business case for nineteen decarbonisation and solar PV installation projects across eight schools and eleven corporate buildings be delegated to the Cabinet Members for Environment and Property and Waste and the Executive Directors for ETI and Resources alongside Capital Programme Panel (CPP).
