Surrey County Council has identified the requirement to source a managed service for scalable and responsive deep technical support for Unit4 (My Surrey ERP system).
This requirement was identified following a review of the original support plans, put in place by the DB&I programme, against the operational demands of the live system. The introduction of a managed service to support Unit4 will develop the skill set of SCC’s internal resource.
The SCC project team would like to award the contract to Vision ERP through the Crown Commercial Service’s G-Cloud 13 Framework Agreement.
