Customer Transformation

It is recommended that Cabinet:

  1. Receive an update on the customer transformation ambition, approach, and investment required
  2. Endorse the direction of travel, including the need to view this work as a council-wide priority to deliver on the ambition
  3. Note the dependency on transformation investment in Customer Transformation specifically, and in enabling areas including cultural and digital change.
