It is recommended that Cabinet:
1. Approve the commissioning and procurement strategy for everyday
living for adults and young people in transition with eligible
needs, through a Light Touch Regime procurement process under The
Public Contracts Regulations 2015 or the Procurement Act 2023, as
appropriate.
2. Commence the tender process in quarter 4 of financial year
2024/2025.
3.Seek delegated authority from Cabinet to award the contract/s and
approve and agree to publish the AWHP Travel policy as an integral
document that supports the aims and desired outcomes of the
Everyday Living Tender.
