Rights Of Way Improvement Plan (ROWIP) 2025-2035

 

 

It is recommended that Cabinet:
1. Approves the adoption and publication of the Rights of Way Improvement Plan 2025-2035 for implementation.

2. Delegates delivery of the plan to the Executive Director for Environment, Property and Growth, Simon Crowther, in collaboration with the Cabinet Member for Environment, Marisa Heath through a series of annual implementation plans and performance indicators.

A statutory 12 week public consultation on the plan has been carried out finishing on the 9th February 2025.

In drafting the plan a wide range of stakeholders were engaged between December 2023 and January 2025.
