Surrey Better Care Fund (BCF) & S75 Agreement 2025/26

It is recommended
that the Committee in Common Sub Committee:
1.Note that the 2023-25 BCF s75 agreement will end on 31 March
2025
2.Note that a s75 agreement for 2025-26 has been drafted with minor
changes in the Schedule relating to Local Joint Commissioning
Groups and how underspends are dealt with.
3.Note that Committee in Common has been asked to sign off the
revised s75 for 2025-26 on 17 April 2025
4.Note that a new BCF plan has been agreed by partners for 2025-26
as per national guidance and will be signed off by Committee in
Common on 17 April 2025.
