To approve the business case and feasibility costs for the proposed expansion of Brookwood Primary School from 1 form to 2 forms of entry, following a period of consultation and statutory representations.
To approve the costs to be transferred to Woking Borough Council (WBC) and to call from an existing framework in order to deliver the buildings.
To approve the delivery of the scheme upto a maximum value to be determined by the viability study to allow WBC to award a contract and undertake works, subject to full planning permission be granted.
