Planning and Regulatory Committee meetings
can be viewed live here.
Due to the Covid-19 situation, planning site
visits are not able to take place so footage of sites that are
being considered at the next committee meeting can be accessed on
the webcasting portal which can be accessed
here (click the Resources tab).
Due
to the Covid-19 pandemic, all future meetings of this Committee
will be conducted remotely until further notice. These meetings
will be streamed live on the council’s website, allowing the
public to observe proceedings. All meeting papers, decision sheets
and minutes will continue to be published on the council’s
website.
The
Planning & Regulatory Committee considers the following
non-executive functions under the Local Authorities (Functions and
Responsibilities) (England) Regulations 2000 Act as amended. The
Council's
Constitution sets out the remit of the Committee in
greater detail (within Part 3 – Sections 1 and 2). Many
of these functions, however, are delegated to officers (those not
in bold).
