The
Surrey Health and Wellbeing Board is the place for the NHS, public
health, social care, local councillors
and user representatives to work together to improve the health and
wellbeing of the people of Surrey. This partnership identifies
opportunities for collaboration and integration across agencies,
and develops direct links to services users, patients and local
stakeholders.
The Board has the duty to produce
a Joint Health and Wellbeing
Strategy for Surrey. This uses the Joint
Strategic Needs Assessment as the basis for
Surrey's priorities.
The
Health and Wellbeing Board sought the views of
stakeholders to develop a set
of priorities for the Joint Health and Wellbeing Strategy.
